v The fees charged for the performed translations are determined and conceived at the beginning of each project, taking into account the target language, the delivery term (Emergency or Regular), the scope of the document and its volume.
v Depending on the client’s needs, the same rates may apply to several different projects.
v If the scope of the translation will change, we will work together to establish the applicable tariffs for the new project. |
v When you decide to request a price estimate (this is free), we will give you a detailed version, depending on your document and the chosen language pair (source language – target language).
v All you need to do in order to receive a price estimate for your documents is to fill in the Price Estimate Form or to send us your request to office@exterazoom.ro

3. What does Normal Regime and Emergency Regime mean? | ||||||||||||||||||||
v The delivery time requirement is one of the key elements for determining the price. So, we want to propose the following table.

Ø Emergency regime – the maximum limit of approximately 25 pages / 24 hours (at the client’s request, depending on the type of language – technical, literary language etc. and the language in which the translation is performed);

4. What are the payment methods? How do I get the translated documents? | ||||||||||||||||||||
v Our client has several payment options:
ü he can either make the payment by bank transfer, subject to the due date, following the invoice issued by our Translation Office, ü he can either make the payment in cash, at delivery (delivery can be made at the client’s residency/ headquarters or at the headquarters of EXTERA ZOOM) |
v In order for us to get the documents to be translated you have several options.
ü you can come to our headquarters, ü you can send us your documents by fax, to our e-mail address: office {a} exterazoom.ro or, ü at your request, we can send our courier to your location. |
